Production Process

Ferralca focuses its activity in cutting and flattening any quality sheet metal (hot rolled sheets, pickled, chequered, patterned, cold, galvanized, pre-painted, industrial sheets), both in commercial formats and in customised cuts.

For this we have longitudinal and crosswise cutting lines, shears, stamping press and long product cutting lines (cross-sections, tubes, furrows and corrugated), all specialised and with the necessary mediums and controls to provide a high quality product, as our ISO 9001 certificate proves, along with other certificates.

Ferralca S.A.

The production process starts upon the reception and then storage of the raw material (flat coils and cross sections, corrugated and furrows as long products). The raw material is then sent to the cutting line to be processed.
